Back by popular demand. Using the honey made by my bees on the roof of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, I’ve blended some of the Teeling Small Batch whiskey into the honey. Limited number made up. Jars are the 4oz, 115g or 83ml, perfect for taking on a plane.

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees over on the roof of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and is from the 2023 summer flow. It consists mainly of some summer flowering plants such as clover and blackberry but also some other flowers such as the lime trees around the city centre.
