There is a limited amount of Killruddery honey on my website, most is available in the Killruddery Farm Shop.

This is 100% raw Wicklow honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees down in Killruddery House and Gardens and is from the 2022 summer flow. It consists mainly of some summer flowering plants such as clover and bramble but also a lot of lime honey from the amazing lime avenue on the estate. It tastes completely different to the Glenasmole, Dalkey, Lucan & Ballycullen honey.

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
